SPUtility.Redirect and SPRedirectFlags

Here is a nice article on SPUtility.Redirect from Ton Stegeman.
Redirect in SharePoint using SPUtility.Redirect
Specifically, I was trying to understand where to use SPRedirectFlags, and this article shows it along with some examples.
